Delete extended web application SharePoint 2013
Start Central Administration.
Go to Manage Web Applications.
Select the web application you extended.
Click on the Arrow beneath Deleteand select Remove SharePoint from IIS Web Site

Go to Manage Web Applications.
Select the web application you extended.
Click on the Arrow beneath Deleteand select Remove SharePoint from IIS Web Site
